Quality Test Records

Verified Product Performance

Our bentonite powder is tested for important physical and application-related properties, including moisture, pH, swelling capacity, gel formation, gelling time and Methylene Blue Value. These records demonstrate our focus on consistent product quality and dependable performance.

Foundry Performance Evaluation

Foundry-grade bentonite is evaluated for wet tensile strength, green compressive strength, swelling and bonding performance. These parameters help confirm the product’s suitability for green sand moulding and metal-casting applications.

Batch-Based Quality Assurance

Each test report represents the results of a specific production batch. Minor variations may occur due to natural mineral characteristics and testing conditions, while every batch is checked against defined quality requirements before supply.
